The short version
Don't break the law. Don't redistribute paid features. That's basically it.
Using Robot Dojo
By using Robot Dojo, you agree to these terms. The White Belt tier is free, open source, MIT-licensed — do whatever you want with it. Black Belt is source-available and runs on an active subscription: the code is public so you can audit it, but it only operates while your subscription is active.
Your data
You own your data. All of it. Always. We never access, store, or process it on our servers. Delete the database file and it's gone.
Don't do these things
- Break any applicable law.
- Redistribute or resell paid tier features.
- Reverse-engineer encrypted artifacts.
Third-party AI providers
Robot Dojo sends your messages to AI providers (Anthropic, Google, etc.) for inference. Their terms apply to that usage. We don't control their services.
Limitation of liability
Robot Dojo is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot Dojo, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, whether free or paid. By using Robot Dojo, you agree to hold Robot Dojo, LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the software.
Changes
These terms may update as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the changes.
